Hierarchical Stochastic Optimal Scheduling of Electric Thermal Hydrogen Integrated Energy System Considering Electric Vehicles

After a large number of electric vehicles (EVs) are connected to the integrated energy system, disorderly charging and discharging EVs will have negative impact on safe stable operation system. In addition, EVs’ uncertain travel plans stochastic fluctuation renewable output load power bring risks challenges. view above problems, this paper establishes hierarchical optimal scheduling model an thermal hydrogen system (ETH-IES) considering vehicle-to-grid (V2G) mechanism. The management layer aims minimize variance curve dissatisfaction EV owners participating in V2G. multi-objective sand cat swarm optimization (MSCSO) algorithm is used solve proposed model. On basis, daily economic ETH-IES carried out with goal minimizing cost. simulation results show that strategy can better achieve win-win situation between microgrid operators, cost reduced by 16.55% compared under strategy, which verifies effectiveness algorithm.
